Due to studying and test I haven't really been able to train. Quite frankly, I'm bad at keeping up with workouts sometimes. But it happens right? Life catches up to you and you don't have enough time. What I'm getting at is I'm going to redo week 1. But I'm going to keep track of it on here. Everywhere from reviewing the work out, posting pics, what I ate and my measurements. Who knows maybe I'll complete it and be in great shape. Til then I'll go back to studying.
