GSP Rushfit Part Deux

Due to studying and test I haven't really been able to train. Quite frankly, I'm bad at keeping up with workouts sometimes. But it happens right? Life catches up to you and you don't have enough time. What I'm getting at is I'm going to redo week 1. But I'm going to keep track of it on here. Everywhere from reviewing the work out, posting pics, what I ate and my measurements. Who knows maybe I'll complete it and be in great shape. Til then I'll go back to studying.

  1. Good luck man.
I used to do MMA, got free lessons because the guy was heavy religious so he didn't charge, but he was an absolute beast fighter.

  2. @tcross - Oh man I wish I knew him! I'm about to have to stop in a month cause it's not cheap haha. Especially being a Gracie Barra Gym.

  4. I wish I had enough time to work out. Too busy with school, work, and doing 4 thousand level class home work >.<.

  6. Consistency is the key man! Keep at it and don't worry too much if you miss a workout here and there. Just strive for 80-90% compliance to your plan and you'll get to where you want to be.

  12. I've had trouble getting on a solid workout regimen in the past. I've found that my diet dictates what I do. When I have my meals planned for the week, once every couple hours, and I stick to my plan, I will always make it to the gym and track. If I'm not eating well, I tend to miss.

  16. How to work out:
    1. Play "Mombassa" from inception
    2. Pretend you are running away from people who want to kill you
    3. Burn calories
