I'll vent cause my stupid government quiz kicked me out halfway through!
I'm going to be starting GSP RUSHFIT tomorrow (today depending on your time zone)
I know I should do the assessment thing to log where I'm starting but I have a pretty good idea. (That and I didn't have time this weekend!!) But other than that I'm going to be starting today.
I'll be starting with the beginner level for the first 8 weeks to see how it works out.
I've dabbled with p90x but sometimes it gets too hard to keep up with it all. The nutrition and the workouts.
But, I'm hoping with this blog and the support of my followers I can make a difference in my life and finally lose this extra baggage. I'm going to post up a "before" picture and hopefully will have an awesome "after" picture as well.
